Camden City Council will meet Tuesday, October 6th, at 5:30 p.m. at Camden City Hall, with several major items on the agenda.
Council will hear a presentation on a proposed Tax Increment Financing redevelopment plan covering roughly 557 acres and aimed at encouraging new investment and public improvements in and around downtown Camden. Council will also consider first reading of new regulations governing utility terrain vehicles, changes to the city’s awning ordinance, and new parking regulations that include fines for violations.
Also on the agenda is a first reading of a budget amendment connected to the city’s downtown revitalization project. The meeting is open to the public.
