Kershaw County will be hosting a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) November 1 – November 10, 2024 from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm daily, including weekends, and Election Day. DRCs are open to all disaster survivors in affected communities. You can visit a DRC to: Learn about disaster assistance programs, Apply for disaster assistance, Check the status of your FEMA application, Help you understand FEMA notices or letters, Find housing and rental assistance information, Get referrals to agencies, or to meet with a Small Business Administration (SBA) agent. Please note that the Government Center will be closed for Election Day, but the lobby will be open only for the FEMA Disaster Recovery Center.
