The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged McBee Mayor Glenn Odom, Police Chief Michael Irvin, and former officers Timothy Knight and Gregory Block in connection with an ongoing public corruption investigation. SLED says Knight, Irvin, and Block each face charges of criminal conspiracy and misconduct in office, while Odom is charged with criminal conspiracy and three counts of misconduct in office. The agency says the case involves allegations of ticket-fixing, misuse of public office, and other misconduct. All four were booked into the Chesterfield County Detention Center. The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office will prosecute the case.
