The Kershaw County School Board meets Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the district office on West DeKalb Street in Camden. Board members will receive updates from Superintendent Dr. Harrison Goodwin and the senior leadership team on the opening of the new school year, including reports on the first days of school, current student enrollment, and district staffing. Trustees will also review the proposed 2027 board meeting schedule among other items. The meeting concludes with an executive session to discuss employment matters, followed by any action that may be needed when the board returns to open session. School Board meetings are open to the public and stream live at the district’s YouTube channel.
