Boaters planning to use the boat ramp at Veterans Park should be aware of a temporary closure. According to a public notice, the boat ramp will remain closed through today, Monday, October 26th, while repair work is completed. The closure is necessary to allow crews to perform the repairs safely. Boaters are encouraged to make alternate launching arrangements until the ramp reopens. The notice does not specify an exact reopening time, so visitors should confirm that the ramp is accessible before heading to the park.
