The City of Camden is now accepting applications for its Façade Grant Program, aimed at improving commercial and mixed-use properties in the historic downtown and Dusty Bend districts.
The program offers reimbursable matching grants of up to $10,000 per building, with the city providing a dollar-for-dollar match for approved exterior improvements. Property owners may apply, along with tenants who have written permission from the building owner. Applications are first-come, first-served while funding is available, with a deadline of noon October 31st.
