On Monday evening, at the Revolutionary War Visitor Center in Camden, Vincent Sheheen was sworn in as the new Mayor of the City of Camden. State Senator Darrell Jackson, SC House Speaker Murrell Smith and outgoing Mayor Alfred Mae Drakeford all spoke at the ceremony.
