The Kershaw County Smart Growth Committee will meet on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The meeting will begin at 8:15 am at the Government Center 515 Walnut Street, Camden in Conference Room 207. Kershaw County Council established the Smart Growth Rewrite Committee to serve as the body to create a first draft of a new Zoning and Land Development Regulations (“ZLDR”) for County Council review, Planning Commission review and recommendation, and public consideration. The meeting is open to the public.
