According to the Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office Facebook, a one year old child is doing well after a bullet grazed his elbow during a shooting incident this weekend. The incident took place early Saturday morning around 12:30am. Witnesses state a light colored SUV (with lights off) slowly approached a house on the 600 block of Knights Hill Road in Camden. Suspect(s) from the SUV began firing multiple shots at the home. The only person hit by the gunfire was our 1 year old victim. Sheriff Lee Boan says, “We do not believe this was a random shooting. It appears to have been planned. The only thing we know for sure right now is our one year old victim had absolutely nothing to do with the poor decision made by the shooter.
