A new exhibit highlighting Camden’s role in the American Revolution is set to open later this month at the Revolutionary War Visitor Center. The “Revolutionary Timeline” exhibit opens Saturday, June 27, with a special reception from 10 to 11 a.m. at the center on Broad Street in Camden. Organizers say the exhibit will expand each year through 2033 as part of the nation’s 250th anniversary commemoration. The display explores the Revolutionary War through the experiences of local residents, covering events from 1774 through the 1783 peace treaty. The exhibit is designed for both adults and younger visitors.
