Kershaw County deputies say a Rembert man has been arrested in connection with the May 28th carjacking on Cleveland School Road in Camden. 39 year old Anogory Santrell Slater was arrested Thursday night in Sumter County with assistance from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, Highway Patrol, SLED, and the FBI.
Slater faces charges including carjacking, pointing and presenting a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, grand larceny, hit and run with minor personal injury, and driving under suspension.
