The James Leroy Belk American Legion Post 17 proudly announces the Annual Teacher of the Year Award. Mrs. Mornique Dozier, the guidance counselor at Stover Middle School, received The American Legion 2023-2024 Teacher of the Year Award. Mrs. Dozier earned a Bachelor of Arts from Winthrop University, and a Master of Education from South Carolina State University. The James Leroy Belk American Legion Post 17 recognizes and appreciates Mrs. Dozier’s dedication to her students and her community.
