Drivers traveling westbound on Interstate 20 should prepare for nighttime lane closures beginning Sunday, November 1st. Crews will be paving shoulders and ramp connections over the next two weeks, weather permitting. Work will take place nightly from 7 PM to 6 AM, with the right lane closed. The westbound rest area between Exits 98 and 92 will close Sunday night. Ramp closures and detours are tentatively planned for Exit 92 during the first week and Exit 87 the following week. Motorists are urged to slow down and use caution in work zones.
