MUSC Health in the Midlands is hosting the free “Healthy Me – Healthy SC” community health fair on November 2, 2024 from 10am-2pm at St. Andrews Park at 920 Beatty Road, Columbia. This event aims to promote overall health and well-being for individuals of all ages. Activities at the fair includes Free health screenings, face painting, food trucks, sports physicals, vaccinations, and other health-related services.
