According to Kershaw County Coroner David West, 911 received a call at 3:06 PM on Saturday November 2nd of a missing hunter. The family and friends found 25-year-old Dalton Jordan off of Flat Rock Rd. He was pronounced dead at the scene from apparent gunshot wound. An autopsy is set for Monday at Newberry Medical Center. The incident is still under investigation by Kershaw County Coroner’s Office and South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
