Mid Carolina Credit Union is inviting the community to take part in two upcoming events focused on service and community support.
On Wednesday, April 8th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, the credit union will host a Community Shred Event and Food Drive at its Camden branch on Mill Street. The event is drive-thru and contactless, with staff on hand to unload your items while you remain in your vehicle. Residents are encouraged to bring paper documents for secure shredding, along with canned or non-perishable food donations. All collected items will benefit Christian Community Ministries and help local families in need.
Then on April 21st, Mid Carolina Credit Union will hold its 65th Annual Meeting at the Woolard Technology Center in Camden. Registration begins at 4:30, with the meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. Attendees will hear from CEO Dean Scarborough, vote for board members, and have a chance to win cash prizes. Bringing food donations can also earn extra entries into the prize drawings.
