On Thursday, Michael David Branham appeared before Magistrate Judge Steve Knafelc for a bond hearing at the Kershaw County Detention Center.
During the hearing, Total Bond was set at $100,000, cash or surety. As conditions of release, Branham must wear an electronic ankle monitor and is prohibited from having any direct or indirect contact with the victims. As of Friday morning, Branham was still listed on the Detention Center’s website.
The case will move forward with the next court appearance scheduled for mid-March.
