Lugoff-Elgin Senior Awarded Women On The Move Scholarship

A Lugoff-Elgin High School senior is being recognized for academic excellence, leadership, and community service. Women On The Move Incorporated has awarded Johanna G. Williams its 2026 scholarship in the amount of $1,000. Johanna plans to attend Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University this fall to study Agribusiness. She currently serves as President of the Camden-Kershaw County Youth Council and has been active in numerous leadership and community outreach programs. Women On The Move says Johanna stood out for her commitment to service, academic achievement, and creating positive change in her community.
