The LiveWell Kershaw Coalition calls on all community members to participate in a pivotal meeting that will shape the future of health services in Kershaw County. The Coalition’s Fall Kick-Off Meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 24th, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, located at 1315 Lyttleton Street in Camden. This community gathering represents a unique opportunity for residents to directly influence health priorities and funding decisions through the Health Services District of Kershaw County. For the first time in the Coalition’s history, every attendee will directly determine the community’s health priorities moving forward. The meeting will feature small group listening sessions designed to ensure every participant’s voice is heard, along with the reveal of data from the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment. Attendees will provide direct input on the health issues that matter most to them and their families.

The Coalition emphasizes that this meeting is open to everyone, regardless of their previous involvement with community health initiatives. Business leaders, parents, retirees, longtime coalition supporters, and newcomers alike are encouraged to attend and contribute their perspectives. “This is more than just a meeting – it’s a chance for our community to come together and actively shape our health future,” organizers noted. “We believe the best solutions come from listening to the people who live and work in Kershaw County daily.” The LiveWell Kershaw Coalition partners with the Health Services District of Kershaw County to address community health needs and improve health outcomes for all residents.
