The Kershaw County Library is challenging teens to put down their phones this summer and pick up a book. The Teen Summer Reading Challenge is now underway—read just three books and earn free movie tickets to Camden’s Little Theatre. Teens can check out physical books, or access thousands of eBooks and audiobooks through Libby and hoopla. The library is also hosting special teen events in June, including a tabletop gaming night, an “Adulting” fair, and a guided nature walk. For details or to sign up, visit the Kershaw County Library website or any local branch.
