A fire at the Camden Condos on Mattison Street is under investigation after breaking out Tuesday morning. Fire crews responded around 9:43 a.m. and were able to contain the blaze to one building. Officials say all residents were safely evacuated, with no injuries reported, and all pets accounted for. About four of the eight units sustained significant damage, while others may have smoke or water damage. Power has been shut off to the building, and it is not currently habitable. Road closures remain in place nearby as crews and investigators, including SLED, continue their work.
