The public is invited to join Mayor Melissa Emmons, Sheriff Lee Boan, Elgin PD Chief Alan Anders, State Rep. Jermaine Johnson, State Senator Jeffrey Graham, State Senator Allen Blackmon, and representatives from SCDOT, the school district and more at a Town Hall meeting on March 20th at 6pm. The Town Hall will be at Blaney Baptist Church and it is open to the public.
