Early voting begins Wednesday, August 19th, in the special Republican runoff for U.S. Senate. Kershaw County voters can cast their ballots Wednesday through Friday, August 21st, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day at the Camden City Arena, 420 Broad Street.
