According to Kershaw County Coroner David West, 911 received a call at 11:33 AM on Wednesday July 23rd of a single car Motor Vehicle Accident on Whiting Way behind the Waffle House off of Hwy 601 in Lugoff, S.C. The passenger in the car, 85 year old Rose Oles of Lugoff was pronounced dead on arrival at Prisma Health Richland while the driver was admitted and her condition is unknown. Oles was wearing a seat belt.
