The Camden Community Concert Band (CCCB) provides scholarships to Kershaw County students that will major in music in college. The W. Patrick Wylie Scholarship is named in honor and memory of Pat Wylie, founding conductor of the CCCB. Scholarship recipients this year are Roxi Price and Landon Altman. Both are seniors at Lugoff-Elgin High School and both will attend Winthrop University in the Fall. Each received a $1,000 scholarship.
