The Camden Bulldogs continued their winning ways Friday night at Zemp Stadium, putting together another big offensive performance in a 52-27 victory over the Brookland-Cayce Bearcats.

Camden wasted little time establishing control of the game, with running back Jaden Manning scoring three rushing touchdowns in the first half. The Bulldogs continued to find the end zone throughout the night and never trailed on their way to their third consecutive victory.

The 52-point performance was another impressive showing for a Camden offense that has been putting up big numbers this season. The Bulldogs have now scored at least 48 points in victories over Swansea, Gilbert and Brookland-Cayce during the last month.

Brookland-Cayce continued to battle despite falling behind. Avery King rushed for 123 yards and a touchdown, while quarterback Andrew Frick threw for 183 yards and three touchdowns. But the Bearcats could not keep pace with Camden’s explosive offense.

The victory improved Camden to 6-2 on the season and marked the Bulldogs’ sixth consecutive home victory dating back to last season. Camden has also won five games this season by at least 22 points.

The Bulldogs will now hit the road for another important region matchup this Friday night when they travel to take on the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets. You can listen to the game starting at 7pm on 98.7FM Carolina Country Classics kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
