Camden Police Announce Temporary Street Closures for Halloween Night

The Camden Police Department has announced temporary street closures for Halloween night, Saturday, October 31st. From 6 until 8 p.m., portions of Lyttleton Street and Fair Street between Laurens and Chesnut Streets will be closed to through traffic, creating pedestrian-only areas for trick-or-treaters. The closures follow a request from neighborhood residents and are intended to improve safety as larger crowds are expected with Halloween falling on a Saturday. Residents living along the affected streets will still be allowed vehicle access to their homes but are urged to use extreme caution due to increased pedestrian traffic.
