Camden City Council has two meetings scheduled for Tuesday, August 18th. A work session begins at 3 p.m., with council expected to enter executive session to discuss contractual matters involving development of a joint command center for the Camden Police and Fire departments. Council could take action after returning to open session.
The regular council meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. According to the agenda, council will consider second reading of an ordinance dealing with billboards and digital signs. Council will also consider approval of the proposed “More Than a Revolution” mural at Gallery 537 on East DeKalb Street.
Both meetings will be held in Council Chambers at Camden City Hall, and are open to the public.
