The Kershaw County Treasurer’s Office is making it easier for property owners to pay their tax bills with a new program called EquaPay. Instead of paying one large annual or semi-annual tax bill, homeowners, landlords, and property managers can enroll to make smaller automatic monthly payments. After searching for a property by tax map number or property ID, EquaPay calculates a monthly payment amount and automatically adjusts if the tax bill changes. The service includes monthly notifications, bank-level security, and is available for a small administrative fee.
