The Kershaw County Coroner’s Office is investigating after a body was discovered Wednesday evening in Camden. Coroner David West says the body was found behind the TitleMax location on West DeKalb Street. Authorities believe the individual had been living in a tent behind the business and had been deceased for several days before being found. West says an autopsy has been scheduled for next week. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
