The City of Camden is calling on artists to help create a new mural in downtown Camden. City officials say the Public Art Committee is accepting proposals for a mural at Gallery 537 on East DeKalb Street along U.S. Highway 1 near the intersection with Broad Street. The theme for the project is “More Than a Revolution,” highlighting Camden’s rich history while celebrating the community’s culture and music. The mural will serve as a welcoming visual feature for visitors entering downtown. Artist submissions are due by April 8th at 5 p.m., and full details are available at experiencecamdensc.com.
