According to Kershaw County Coroner David West, a 19-year-old woman from Chattanooga, Tennessee, was killed in a motor vehicle accident Friday evening February 27th. 911 received the call at approximately 7:50 p.m. on February 27th. The crash occurred on Interstate 20 at the 92-mile marker in Lugoff. The victim has been identified as Chelsea Emily Moran. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
