The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two men following a shooting investigation that took place on Goins Lane in Elgin on January 20th around 3 p.m.

31 year-old Christopher David Douglas is charged with pointing and presenting a firearm and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. 38 year-old Paul William Mason is also charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Investigators say the two men were involved in a suspected drug transaction that turned into a physical altercation.
