The City of Camden says some residents have received delayed or incomplete utility bills and is extending a grace period to help ease concerns. Utility bills originally due February 4th will now have a seven-day grace period, with payments accepted through close of business Wednesday, February 11th.

City officials say they are working with a third-party vendor to correct billing errors and are reviewing long-term solutions, including alternative printing options or bringing bill printing in-house. Residents with questions are encouraged to contact Camden’s Customer Care Team at 803-432-2421 during regular business hours.
