The Kershaw County School District will shift to an e-Learning Day on Monday, February 2, due to a high probability of hazardous travel conditions following this weekend’s winter weather. All school buildings and district offices will be closed, and all after-school activities are cancelled.
Teachers will post assignments in Canvas or provide learning materials, with instructions shared directly by schools and teachers. Virtual office hours will be held from 9 to noon for elementary students, and 11 to 2 for middle and high school students. Students will have five school days to complete assignments to be counted present. Tech support is available by email at esupport@kcsdschools.net. KCSD says student and staff safety remains the top priority.
