According to Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office, on Saturday October 4th, deputies responded to a reported burglary at an East Camden storage facility. Deputies met with the victims, who stated that one of the items stolen was a cellular game camera. The camera was still on, allowing the victim to receive several photos of the suspect. Deputies were able to identify the suspect from the photos and went to the suspect’s residence to confront him.
The suspect admitted to the burglary and gave all the stolen property to deputies. The victim called later and told deputies the camera was still on and had photos of the arrest. The victim also asked if the suspect was Ok after seeing him bent over, appearing to vomit in the last photo. Kenneth Davidson (53) of Camden was charged with burglary and larceny. He is currently held at the Kershaw County Detention Center.
