Caring for Aging Beauties, Inc. is proud to announce the upcoming celebration of Senior Service Day, officially proclaimed by Governor Henry McMaster, and founded by local advocate Kesha L. Hayes. This special day recognizes and honors older adults—lovingly called “Aging Beauties”—for their wisdom, legacy, and lasting contributions to our communities.
This year’s observance will be highlighted by the 10th Annual Senior & Caregiver Expo, a free, public event open to seniors (older adults), caregivers, families, and community members. Attendees will enjoy valuable community resources, catered food stations, pampering sessions, live entertainment, door prizes, bingo with cash prizes, and more.
The event will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 502 E. DeKalb Street, Camden, SC 29020.
“We are honored to mark this milestone year in Camden,” said Kesha L. Hayes, Founder of Senior Service Day. “This event is about celebrating our Aging Beauties and ensuring they feel supported, valued, and recognized for all they have contributed.”
Local businesses, organizations, and individuals are invited to participate as vendors or sponsors, helping to provide resources and recognition to older adults and caregivers. Donations can also be made online by visiting www.caringforagingbeauties.com and clicking the Donate button on the home page.
