According to Kershaw County Coroner David West Kershaw County 911 received a call at 11:57 AM on Saturday April 20th of a motorcycle Accident on Tickle Hill Rd in Camden. The motorcycle was traveling toward Black River Rd when it went into a curve and ran off the right side of the road. 72 Year Old Camden Man Herman Parker was on a 2002 Harley Davidson and not wearing a helmet. Parker was transported to MUSC-Kershaw Health in Camden where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
