Charlotte Dewar completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Flow Style Yoga in 2021. Charlotte’s yoga teaching style encourages you to align and sync your body, breath and soul. She is also certified in Kidding Around Yoga and believes a good sense of humor is essential in life. Please show up a few minutes early to get settled before class. Don’t forget your yoga mat! Meet with Kristie Norwood, Community Health Worker at Kershaw County Library, for free guidance connecting to local resources for healthcare, food, housing, transportation, utilities, insurance, Medicaid, prescription assistance, and other basic needs. Kristie can help Kershaw County residents understand available programs, determine eligibility, and complete applications.
